Larimar Necklace
Larimar is a mineral to behold and it is only found in the Dominican Republic in the Caribbean. Larimar is a type of pectolite, an acid silicate hydrate of calcium and sodium. Pectolite is found in many locations, but larimar has a unique volcanic blue coloration, which is the result of copper substitution for calcium, aka SCIENCE!
You carry a bit of the Caribbean with you when you wear these beautiful stones. Handcrafted into a sterling silver necklace that hangs on an 18 inch sterling silver box chain.
